Solid week of training, eq/test going hard from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals - still thinking of popping that anadrol at some point over summer just for that boost.
Cals got the bump, nothing crazy just bigger meals and a bit more on the carbs around training. Dinner is still quite light...
I tried doing it fasted but I was waking and going straight to the gym but found I was literally half asleep. So now I make my pre workout and have some cereals for a bit of carbs. Then I go to the gym and I’m more awake and the sessions are actually a bit better.
Game changer for having time...
Good week of training done. All morning sessions and took a rest day on Sunday.
Going to go back into it again this week but also tidy the diet back up with some meal prep that I’ve done.
Bit crazy going into Xmas time but still making time for gym has been good - especially before work...
Update
Good and training has been pretty good. Ended up getting some muscle chef meals but macros are alright and I’m training well.
Switched to gym before work, makes it easier to get it in and not miss sessions cos I’m home too late. Same split and still with @Sassy Rep gear which is great...

Training has been good lately when I’ve been in the gym. Getting cardio in. Trying to get into training before work as work finishes late and been missing too many sessions. Probably about 2/4 the past few weeks.
