Solid week of training and diet. Calories sitting at around 2400 give or take. Pretty happy with adding beef mince in for dinner, good to have a reliable dinner and it’ll allow me to stay on track better since my dinner before was all over the place.

Adding some cardio in with running as well, hopefully back on track with food to stay this level and lean out slowly a bit more

Had a few weeks off over Xmas but back now. Got to the gym and ate decent , bit of drinking and all that.

Solid week of training, eq/test going hard from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals - still thinking of popping that anadrol at some point over summer just for that boost.
Cals got the bump, nothing crazy just bigger meals and a bit more on the carbs around training. Dinner is still quite light...
