    I have seen most use it at 12.5mg/day, so you could go 25mg eod if you have 25mg tabs and not a liquid that would be easy to alter the dose.

    When you open the vid for the 525x19 DL, on the related videos on the side, there is one labeled 315 overhead press and 675x3 DL, that is the same guy doing those. The 675 deadlifts he resets after each rep if that makes you guys happier :D

    The only reps that I think might be bounced just a tad are the last couple, but if you look at his last rep, he clearly had more reps in him...he is doing this with 525lbs for 19 freakin reps guys lol I mean seriously, that is some crazy strength and I dont care if there is a little bounce there.

    After the set is over it zooms in on the weights, pause the vid and you can obviously see there are no bumpers on that bar, bumpers are thicker and have rounded edges, all the plates on that bar look like iron to me!

    Im a member over there at MMI, all the video's there are 100% legit, Powerhouse48, the guy you saw in this vid deadlifting, is a freak!! He usually keeps a training log over there and his workouts use some insane amounts of weight. I can gaurantee that vid is the real deal.
