Quick physique update happy with the level of body fat I am at on this bulk, a few weak points I'm working on but mostly the chest as you can see could it could use a lot more size.

Thanks man! As of right now I'm doing 300mg of test e and 300mg of primo, still in the growth phase and I'm happy with the way I'm feeling weight is slowly moving up so I'm happy to keep the gear where it is for now

Overhead single arm db ex- 17.5x10
Db alternatkbg biceps cirl 22.5x10 (pb)
Biceps curls cable 54x10
Triceps pushdown 73x10
Rest day tomorrow so will hit the cardio bike for an hour fasted
