    Alright got the feedback from the coach and got 2 changes to make, this shit is getting serious now haha. - drop in cals from 2500 to 2250 - starting reta which should make the above a bit easier. Never used reta before so really curious to see if the hype is real. Gonna run it at 2mg a week...
