5 weeks out today.
Already been to the gym and done 20 mins fasted on the assault bike, and even already smashed out a heap of food prep as I'm up around 0400-0430 every day (even on weekends), I'm sleeping pretty well...just not very long, about 6 to 61/2 hours a night.

- starting reta which should make the above a bit easier.
Never used reta before so really curious to see if the hype is real. Gonna run it at 2mg a week...
