Nice work dude and solid log. Height and weight wise we ain't too far off each other but heading in opposite directions, keen to see you're progress over the coming months.
Haha, not quite sure about that but thanks mate. I'm definately focussing on staying as lean as possible while still growing so that I can get an extended growth phase. In the past I've definately pushed calories too hard too early which lead to unnecessary fat gain and ending my growth phases...
Being away for work is such a pain in the ass, dont employers realise we have bodybuilding goals we are trying to accomplish haha.
Hopefully now your back in routine I'm sure the gains are going to start rolling in!
OK so 3 weeks into the growth phase and another week down, cals were at 3500+ all week but weight continued dropping up untill last few days where I've had a big upwards spike. Going to have to see what happens over the coming week and where it settles, in the mean time I'll keep cals where they...

Cheers mate, like I said, trying to stay lean(ish) on this gaining phase for as long as possible so I can keep it going and accumulate some good gains.
Good info, thanks for that.
What if my issue is neither haha. I get to sleep fine but can't sleep more than 5 or 6 hours generally. Anyway don't want to hijack @gar71 log.
