I suppose I should clarify. It was painless during injection, but 2 days later or so my ass was sore as hell for a couple days. After using it for a month, the soreness is minimal, sometimes even non-existant.

I personally like the chocolate mint. I have tried both the choc and strawberry flavors, but keep coming back to the choc mint. I think the mint part kinda livens up the drab choc and the strawberry, well, that just tastes like shit. :)

Perhaps what they meant is it streches the ligaments/tendons surrounding/attached to the bones you are talking about? Thus, giving you a wider appearance and creating sort of an illusion of mass. I dunno, just taking a shot in the dark here.
