yesterday my work out was front and back squats and I was aiming for 12 reps and even tho I took a week off I still didnt run out of breath so I think I will be fine adding cardio tomorrow but I will start with 10 min than after tomorrow will do 15min
I did the same this week reduced my daily calories to around 1800 cuz it was a week off and the ratio was 50/30/20
and all my carbs came from vege and when I went to the gym yesterday I went from 201 to 196 pounds (even tho I was waking up at night eating bread) and all my lifts were the same...
my wake up call is the 0.1 or what ever sugars in the canned beans I was eating so that 0.1 sugar I was eating was probably making me want more so now am buying them raw in bags
my goals is just to look good thats all
I wanna try to cut down as much fat as possible
hopefully to 4% with this diet
and from now on am never gonna use compounds that cause water gains
test e or c will only be once a week and maybe some dball for the beginning of blast but with a strict...
my coworker keeps telling me that u wont see ur abs until u get on gh...but am gonna prove him wrong...I was able to see my abs a little bit before I started the test e
update
I went to the gym today....and with all the waking up eating carbs every night...I still lost 5 pounds :)
and my strength didnt go down so am sure it was all water weight and a little fat(since I was breaking down eating like a pig before I started this)...so its all good
am gonna keep...

right now my daily calorie intake is 1850 per day since am taking a week off from training
