I was talking to a falla at the gym who said that cant be right, that only athletes and such people eat that!

10am 75gchicken 4slices cheese and 4slices whole grain bread with 500ml whole milk.

Thanks for the info, do you mean 200pound @ like 10%? If I hit straight to 200 I reckon I'd be in the high teens so is it a target of 200pounds @10-12%b.f is what I should be aiming for?
