I am happy with my progress. It’s my measurements that are getting me down. 15.5” arms and a 42” chest at 6’2 aren’t exactly optimal imo. Looking for those 17-18’s with 46-48” chest and some 26” quads. Ahhh but that’s a long way off.
Chicken breast, oats, yams, granola, eggs, nuts, and shakes have remained a staple daily. I have simply added the pint of ice creme. Still seems like I should have gained something by now. Hell even some water weight would be welcome.

End of 3 month cut. Lost 25 pounds and Didn’t lose much strength. I finally quit whining about not being able to make drastic changes and just did it. Weighed everything that went into my mouth, kept it strict and have been following PHAT. Now to put some mass on slowly!
