Hi, I was just wondering if skipping (rope) is a good way to lose weight. I know you have to have a good diet and exercise, but I wanted to know if Skipping is a good exercise? I am a chubby girl with a tummy, and some not so nice legs, and I know there is no such thing as target weight loss...
Sometimes I find myself not eating for hours and coming home and eating 800+ calories and then later eat some foods. But my question is, during the time where I don't eat for hours, does keeping full with water keep my metabolism going?
Is cardio/weight training and proper nutrition and hydration sufficient for losing the cellulite (or at least decreasing it), or is massaging also necessary (my friend claims this and i want to convince her otherwise...)?
I honestly didnt eat for 3 days to test this and only once did i feel hungry so i had a protein bar and still went another day without eating and no hunger pains or feeling empty. I felt weak with a lack of energy that was the only way i could tell that it was having an effect. So whats going on...
Are there any simple and accurate ways to measure my body fat? I've read a lot about it on the net, but most sites have disclaimers that tend to make me think its just an algorithm. Any chance there's something more accurate I can do myself?
