    you could put on home made tomatoe sauce and some fat free chesse, or you could also put a layer of cotagge chesse on top, you can also put the chicken in lemon juice about half an hour before you cook it orange juice works too. it really makes a diference in the taste so you could last longer...

    god no, gainers are filled with sugar and will put on you fat weight, if you want a gainer shake make it with whey+casein+oatmeal+almonds+banana+a little honey, and you get a quality gainer shake

    i think he's talking about whey protein for shakes, right now i'm using classic whey from ON, and as soon as i finish this one i'll buy whey from myoplex see how it tastes but for me there's no difference from one brand to the other but just the flavor and as long as it's chocolate i'm good with...

    i would do that for a month or two see if you gain weight and for cycle double the carbs altough i think you are too young for steroids and if this is your first cycle i think it's way too much i would wait a couple more years since you can still grow without them.

    gainers are filled with sugars you don't want that make it with whey, casein, oatmeal, aldmonds a banana and a little honey and if you need more cals put some nat peanut butter in it.
