does test color determine how good/bad it is? had the same issue with liquid prami at first(.5 2xwk). just lowered the dose(.25 then up to .35 etc etc) and started taking melatonin and valerian root just before bed. seemed to help.

Colorado, I'm not 100% that I'm running it high enough, it was recommended to me to start low and go from there depending on sides. I'd assume if I ran it higher Id never sleep and I was also concerned about acne f'n up my backpiece so I'm keeping it low.

I take 6mg of OTC tablets normally when I can't sleep and 9mg now starting tren. I was checking out n2sleep and it says a guy should only take it for 30 days if I'm not mistaken way about the last the remainder if a 6 wk cycle?
