Had the same issue. Work them often,I do seated raises 3 or more times a week. Rep range in the 20's,4 or 5 sets,4 sec.neg's. Made a huge change for me at least.

EOD works well for me,get night sweats first week then no sides whatsoever besides ravenous appettite. Side prone people seem to have a smoother ride on ED so I hear,makes sense.

I would bet the majority were extremely obese and on the brink of one or the other soon enough. Just so happened they were on TRT.LG-L40G using EliteFitness
