I still feel im tiny hahah Im seeing progress and being happy, but looking at yourself everyday you miss the changes

Couple quick progress photos. Liked the reflection in my kitchen today haha Food has been fairly consistent Training is going well Energy has been through the roof, no caffiene needed for a number of days now and powering through it. @HeliosLabs with the goods on the gh and mito stack!

Sundays are for meal prep. All the staples prepped and then mixed with freshly cooked chicken, steaks or fish. Steady week sorted, time for a good week of growth ahead. Feeling energetic, full, rested and recovered.

Just a small update coming in. Has been a decent week, up to 98.1kg fasted this morning. Food intake has been better with an increase of calories, but heat while at work has been a dampening factor in the mid to high 40s Celsius. Had some solid sessions in, ramped up to 4iu gh currently and...
