    Smoothies yes or no??

    What are your smoothies made of? Do they contain proteins? If not, then it does not seem right to me. Added sugar is not good as well. I've heard that smoothies are OK if you add proteins to them. As for me, I don't like smoothies in my proteins, but that's just me.
