Juliel, I will be starting a winnie cycle soon, and am just curious on your results, you said you gained strength, and muscle hardness, how did you do for weight loss??

I am fairly new to this... I've dabbled in the past, but always had someone messure everything out for me. I am looking into taking Winnie tabs, 10mg ones, and have done some reading, it seems a dosage for women is at just 10mg a day, is that about right? and I have read something about milk...
