Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs with half an avocado paprika 1 slice of ham one slice of cheese some ketchup, sugar free ofc
Lunch
Protein pudding
Dinner
Salmon bowl with protein rice, green kale edamane and sriracha mayo 🌶️🌶️
Not sure if you understand cause its in Norwegian 😅 but here is the nutrition for the protein rice!
And the 0popsicle says it has natural aromas and erytriol in it🤷♀️ dont know what that is
Im not doing any high intensity cardio right now, only going for walks/hikes getting 10.000steps in...

Lunch: ricecakes with cottage cheese and paprika
Dinner: Chicken, broccoli,paprika,sugar snap peas and Protein rice
In the evening i eat a little protein pudding too
