0300am - Pre-workout drink (N.O. explode or Black powder)(Can you have some carbs before training. Love black powder, btw)
0400am - WORK OUT
0515am - Finished workout
0630am - BREAKFAST: Bowl of oatmeal with raisens and a side cantalope or honeydew (That's great, but without cantalopes and add the egg whites to this meal)
0900am - 3 or 4 egg whites (Have another meal here...like below, but sweet potato)
1200pm - LUNCH: White Rice with grilled chicken and side salad (oil and vinegar)(Yes)
1400pm - Protein drink (1 Scoop Gold Whey with 8oz whole milk)(with water)
1700pm - Chicken & white rice (add some vegetables)
1900pm - Bed time.
Can you have a protein drink post workout? it's better the food so it goes to your system.
