Well I train on an empty stomach... After work out its chicken/steak and a sweet potato.... Snack is egg white and veggie sandwich on double protein slice bread... Next meal just a piece of steak/chicken... Snack almonds... Next meal steak/chicken with a salad fat free Italian dressing... Before...
Been really dedicated since January... Started 260lbs now at 220... Diet is ok could be better.. Lacking cardio lift weights 4 to 5 times a week... Looking to shed more body fat but keep as much size as possible... Isn't that everyone's goal??? Just stuck in a rut right now will be out of it soon
