    Where do plant based protein rank?

    #1 nuts and beans they are full of antioxidants, proteins and good fats, so they are by far my favorite foods for workouts and muscle gains. Not to mention they are easy to store and you can easily find products that don’t require extra cooking, so you can just grab and go.

    Not sure what’s the problem here, many of the fitness model I follow eat them. I also have them with my protein powder.
