I hate to tell you guys this...but salmanella poisoning does not exist anymore. The eggs of the chicken are "nuked" at the hatchery to prevent it. Raw aggs of today are 100% safe and a great source of protein and fat...... I eat 6 raw eggs (yolk and all) per day and have for years......:)
