It’s funny cause I knew I ate a lot of food but never tracked my macros until the coach asked me to. Actual calories for the day were 4800 and I forgot to log a few things 👌🏽
Had a meeting with a coach last night, seems super keen to help me achieve my physique goals and happy to work with me on how I like to train and stuff so that’s looking promising lads. Kick off with him next week 👌🏽
