even with a great diet and a personal trainer this cycle didnt do much for me i would suggest leaning out on diet and exercise first then start your cycle. i did gain alot of strength and had little to no side effects. i didnt use a pct and also had no side effects ive been off now for 4 months and ive continued to diet im down to 185. im going to start sus. 250 and anadrol 50 for this winter and im hoping to gain alot of solid mass good luck with your cycle and dont forget the most important factor is your diet without it you will not go anywhere
