Im on nothing no. And yeah i see what your saying. So on days off when cutting i can do a very low carb day and days when im training follow the meal plan i listed at the start?
Im 6'0 185 pounds 23years old. Heres my meal plan right now im looking to cut.
Meal 1- 1 cup egg whites 1 egg 1/2cup oats
Meal 2- protien shake 18grams almonds 2 rice cakes
Meal 3- 5 oz chicken 1/2 cup rice 1 cup veggies
Meal 4- same as meal 3
Meal 5- 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop whey 1 banana 1 tbs...
Because i want one? Ive got money I want a good one and havnt been able to find a good quality one.. its not like its ruining my work outs or isnt going to make me work out better i just want one. You must be poor lol
