The plan is to get some of the first set rep ranges down on some exercises by increasing the weight. Tempo is playing a roll in training again as well, I think it’s the best way to really get mind/muscle connection and slow the rep down and really feel it. Great for injury...

Dealing with a little niggle in the back so was a higher rep session with moderate weight but very smooth and controlled movement. Another week some stretching and dry needling hopefully be back in business
