    As far as fruits go, I eat green apples, bananas, and strawberries. Veggies I ealt spinach, zuchinne, broccoli, green beans, and sometimes coliflower.

    Thanks for all the responses. The reason I asked it because I'm noticing that I'm usually eating about 40-45% carbs every day. They are mostly all coming from veggies & fruits.

    I think I was under the impression that I should minus 500 from my BMR...... THe only thing I've had to drink in over a month has been water. Maybe I can start drinking gadorade also. That should add calories....

    I get home from work at 530, and i usually have half a whey protein shake. 1 scoop whey, 1/4 scoop expresso. with ice & water. (i only drink 1/2 the shake, usually give the other half to the bf.) THen I work out from 6pm-730ish. When I get home i cook dinner.
