Hi Y'all,
I'll be running this full body home workout for about 15 minutes. I'll begin with a 5 minute cardio of jump rope, stair running and outdoor sprints. I'll also be using dumbbells and resistance bands in this workout, enjoy!
I'll be doing this circuit 3 times.
