Here's my home lower body workout routine, DB included. Enjoy!
Warm-ups:
- 45 sec warm ups/workouts with 15 sec rest in between:
β Lunges - 45 secs
β Squats - 45 secs
β Leg Sweeps - 45 secs
Workouts:
#1. DB Deadlift - 45 secs
#2. DB Hip Thrust - 45 secs

Here's my 15 minute full body home workout. I'll start with a 5 minute cardio consisting of jump rope, stair running and outdoor sprints. Resistance bands and dumbbells are out, enjoy!
P.S: Repeating this circuit 3 times.
