Hi. I'm sort of new to Weight training. I'm just wanting to know how to get stronger fast. I'm 35 years old. 2 meters tall. Weigh 130 kg. I'm carrying a lot of fat on me. My current squat is 120 kg x 5 reps doing 3 sets with 2 warm up sets. #dad lift is the same . Bench press is 80kg same reps...
