Not eat right now when I'm cutting...I feel when it's maintenance it's fine not to fast because our calories are higher so less likely to overdo it. Also I notice with fasting IF I stop getting crazy hunger pangs...

Do both is spinning your wheels. Consistency is the hardest part but it's the biggest step and will get you where you want. It you wanna gain less fat in between try doing shorter cycles for bulk and cut :)

Nice...I'm also curious if I'm injecting how many calories to increase it by? I have been seeing some gains but don't wanna over do it on the calories. Seems like 500 is the magic number then?
