Back to something new
Home from my time in Port Augusta, back to training before the sun wake up.
New plan from the coach, sees us working on some points I’d like to bring up as we keep (hopefully) dropping weight.
More direct work to shoulders and core and a focus on form over weight...
People take this shit way too seriously.
Training offplan has been a blast, after being so laser locked in onto what the coach wants being free to do what ever has been a breath of fresh air.
Today we decided to do a 1000 rep total leg session and boy oh boy did this ruffle some feathers...
Yeah. Little stupid fun like I used to do back in the day.
Mad refreshing. Coach has a new fresh hell for me when I get back so a little gym holiday.
That’s the point! Proper Bambi legs
No plan. All gas.
Spending some time away from not having a plan I think will be kind of refreshing.
100% I am not working out in anyway that is “logical” or “efficient” but idgaf it’s fun to just lift for the love of the game.
As always we thank @Southern Cross Labs and @Ascension...
I swear they look bigger in the camera, although it’s probably because I’m always looking down at them. But thankyou none the less !
Grabbing that thumb and twisting back towards the wall helps the bicep peak nicely.
Yeah I’m lucky my normal gym is run by a dude who loves to source the best for us. Heaps of cybex and panata too!
Plus a few pieces that are custom made
New faces. New places.
Stuck in Port Augusta this week for work, so training will take a slight detour for the norm. I’m going to essentially do whatever the fuck I want, making sure the intensity and weights stay high.
Training at Performance 24/7. They must have gotten a deal, every piece...
Late night, low tones
Big day with the family tomorrow for an impromptu Fathers Day as I’m heading to Port Augusta Sunday so we working late tonight.
