    Could be caused by eating or drinking prior....also you can have your bike checked again. Mine needed a tweek in the begining (after being fitted) because I has getting a feeling like I was being punched between the shoulder blades after 20 miles....

    Some in genetic and alot is in your training...I find the weather makes a difference too. I run all year outside and I am slower in the winter than the summer.

    I think that women who train really need to focus on the bf% and the loss of inches...I trained and ran a full marathon and only lost 3 pounds total....but droped a ton of inches and bf%.....when I lift I always gain a little or stay the same even though size is changing... THE SCALE SUCKS.....lol
