I feel like the quality of stand-up comedy has declined a lot lately, who are you all into these days? Seems like everyone is all over Dane Cook but I’ve always been more of a Russell Peters kinda guy.

With obesity becoming such a huge problem in today’s society its awesome to see that Lifetime is putting out movies like their new one about a girl who wears a fat suit to school and finds out what it is like on the other side of the scale. At least some TV has maintained its sense of purpose

It seems like weight and image have become so important in society today, probably too important. I’m glad that Lifetime and other networks are helping to present both sides of the story. They have this new movie coming out called To Be Fat Like Me, it looks AMAZING and really inspirational.

I used to watch this show on saturday afternoons... it was awesome! I guess it was already in syndication by the time I was watching, but we still watched pretty regularly. The best part of the show was always the last 20 minutes when they came up with the crazy plan to save the day.
