The customer service thing seems to be a real pattern lately. I had the same experience reaching out a few months back — just silence. If that's gotten worse recently that'd explain why people have been mentioning it more.

Same thing keeps bugging me about the reviews — they all read the same. If someone actually posted bloodwork or test results that'd answer it, but haven't seen that yet.
