The Rapid Ascent Program . . . a Short & Sweet Beginner Program!
I have been doing this workout for 6 weeks now. I would like to lose more fat I'm 42 years old I'm 5'10 and 195lbs I am thinking about trying Clenbuterol to help any input would help.- Imb4ne1
