My all time favorite was Ronda Rousey but after her loss she never showed up as a fighter and she is no more favorite now. I think she is a great fighter she just need a better coach.
I am looking for an easy calculator for checking the carbohydrates and proteins contained in any kind of food I eat. Normally packed food items have everything mentioned but how I calculate for veges and meat?Thanks
I am 27 years old working almost 10 hours a day in IT company. My job is an office job and also I work from home so these 10 hours sitting on chair and my couch making me gain my weight.
