Looking to do something that will work well for a female who's over 50 years old. I'm currently 53 years old. I'm 5 ft 3 and 116 lb and I would like to get stronger and more bulk. Do you think I should try Winstrol at 20 mg a day for 8 weeks or do you think I should try something else?
