I’m 22 years old. Having a hard time bulking up. Don’t want to use steroids yet as my fiance wants kids in the future. But I’m a very hard gainer only 155lbs at 6’1’’ tall. What do you think about doing follistatin344 and using 100mcg 3x a week? Would that work or do you need to run it daily?
