Training anything apart from legs and back has been fine but obviously being a Brickie and standing least 8/9 hrs a day something has to give to aid a fast recovery

Right guys still wearing splint great news from chiro and how I feel no back pain a week and now to monthly visits onwards unless I feel otherwise. Still pining in heel and wearing splint at night Monday did back session still pull 100kg plus on pull downs so still string was very happy...
