    ok good to know- according to the calculations i made ( from oxymoran signature) I should be eating somewhere between 2600-2980 calories a day to maintain. my goal is to get down below 15% BF- otherwise for this old man to look good - just dont know the best foods to eat and the right way to do it?

    6'3" 238 48 yrs old bf 17% - Heres the deal I'm on HRT do aerobics 2-3 times/ week work out 3 times/ week - I don't eat bad probably less then 2K calories / day I want to lose weight - i know there is a right way and a wrong way could someone point me in the "right " direction" please

    Workouts are fine, diet is fine-I am getting stronger... i just want to get stronger --faster and get more of a leaner/harder look. the cyp is for HRT not for strength - i just want a little boost without the water weight/retention. I will give the HCGenerate a try for the little buddies
