Test E at 500mg per week (in two 250 shots--one on Sunday, one on Thursday) for 12 weeks would be a great first cycle. Have your PCT ready to go. Might want to use 12.5mg of Aromasin ED during the cycle to keep down bloat. Good luck. HZMT
