If you can find a regular group to do it, I recommend ultimate frisbee. Great cardio and it's real fun. Not as popular as other sports but definitely a good option.

If It's leg day and I'm going for power I just stick to my work boots and lace em up good. Gives me the stability on my ankle, a solid base to stand on, piece of mind with the hard toe (not that it's needed in the gym), and the extra height is nice.

I was wondering which test Boosters y'all would recommend. I've never used them before simply because I didn't want a false positive on a urine test while I was serving. Now that I'm out I'm looking to add them to my regimen. Any advice on which ones seem to work best and what you've stacked...
