    best sport to loose weight

    If you can find a regular group to do it, I recommend ultimate frisbee. Great cardio and it's real fun. Not as popular as other sports but definitely a good option. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    do shoes make a different at all when lifting?

    If It's leg day and I'm going for power I just stick to my work boots and lace em up good. Gives me the stability on my ankle, a solid base to stand on, piece of mind with the hard toe (not that it's needed in the gym), and the extra height is nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Test Boosters

    I was wondering which test Boosters y'all would recommend. I've never used them before simply because I didn't want a false positive on a urine test while I was serving. Now that I'm out I'm looking to add them to my regimen. Any advice on which ones seem to work best and what you've stacked...
