thanks for the advice, I will swap the var for winny last 6 weeks.

I read that var gives you muscle hardness and roundness, thats why I intend to use it in the last 4 weeks. I was between var or winny but I opted for var. So what do you suggest? more than 4 weeks or a higher dose? or something else?
