This is true. Castor oil would be ideal. If it's MCT he can dose it a bit higher so when he lands after 7 weeks he's around the 150mg mark roughly

Half life is about 3 weeks so you can pin about 350-400mg before you leave.

Start at 1mg max. Titrate to the 2mg dose after 4 weeks. Give it time to work and run it minimum 24 weeks.
