awesome well guys, guess what?? gv gear is great, im on week 5 using all qv .............. 5'9 / 280 / 10% bf ............big, full, strong as a bull and jacked .......................there is very little difference in qv, tornel, brovel and so on, i've had them all tested in the past 3 months.
