    best way to use bpc and tb500 for lower body pain

    I’ve got lower body pain across the board from my hips down to my feet. I do a lot of endurance training and I hit the gym really hard as well. I think I overdid it. I was wondering about using BPC. Should I go 200 mcg a day and then do TB 500 at 1 mg a day? Would that be a good stack for 12 weeks?
