I did my quad and was crippled for two days. I know you shouldn't do the same spot all the time but I always do glutes. Pip in quads was nearly unbearable. They say a Virgin spot hurts but I never did quads again so I don't know how long until the quad takes the shot better

Thanks, I'll stop cheating with protein bars, which seem to be a waste anyway. I'll take the saved money and eat more. I know that's the key. Too bad there's not some supp that'll make me feel hungry all the time.
