I started at about 310lbs, I say about because about 1.5 months ago, I stepped on my scale and it just said E, haha. It wasnt a good feeling. So i went on a strict diet, changing it around. and just started pure ADF about a week...
im 6 feet 274lbs.
Trying this ADF diet, i simply drink about a gallon of water a way, fast one day with only water, and eat about 2k calories on eating days.
Is this all thats needs to show results, any input?
