    What is the muscle-mind connection?

    Last weekend I have seen the Pumping Iron for thefirst time, and I have seen there guys talking about mind-muscleconnection. Is it really that big of a deal? Does it really make themuscles grow, or it is just a matter of getting more focused ontraining?
