    Using DECA at 200 mg a week isn't doing much. Should I increase?

    28 years old, 5'10", 178 lb I've been using Deca for the past six weeks and I'm running 200 mg a week, but I'm not seeing much progression. I expect it to put on a lot more size. I probably gained maybe five or six pounds, that's it. Do you think I should increase the dose to 400 or 500 mg a week?
