I drink at least 12 cups of water a day (not sure how many gallons that is, but it is certainly at least 1 gallon) so I think I'm okay water-wise. I think I'll wait until my skin clears up before I use it again, and then I'll keep my dose pretty low. I'll report back in a week or two. also...

I've been using thermorexin for a few days now and I noticed that my skin (on my face) has become a lot more sensitive, and I'm actually starting to breakout. Will this subside eventually or should I stop taking/take less of it? I was taking 3 a day. Anyone else have problems like this? Oh and...

I just received my order for Thermorexin yesterday (yay!). I had one question, is it best to take a dose a certain amount of time before a meal (like 15 minutes?) Or should I take it with the meal, or after the meal for the best effect?
