Pullovers 3 sets 30kg x 10 (really focused of squeezing and stretching here to finish off)

Just got back from a back/hamstrings workout this morning which was a killer

One arm row 50kg x 10
Seated row 100kg x 10
Hamstring curls 68kg x 10...

Little softer than when I started but that's to be expecting when lean bulking
Have kept fat and water gain to a minimum though which is good
Much fuller and stronger
Weight is 95kg first thing in the morning
